Waste Woofers Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 7th, 2025
Hi There! Please familiarize yourself with our Terms & Conditions.

How do I pay?
We have a client portal where payment is processed. If you did not onboard yourself through the instant quote button on our website, we will create an account on your behalf after you have spoken to a Waste Woofers LLC representative. We will then send your login info to your email. The process to sign up is simple and takes under two minutes. Inside your portal account, you will have access to all paid invoices, records of past cleanups, and the ability to link your credit/debit card to our secure platform. Once linked, we will automatically process payments and email you receipts.
Note:
Your card must be linked by the time we arrive at your home. If it's not, we will attempt to contact you. If no contact is made, we’ll reschedule for the next available date—which could be weeks out during busy seasons. Need help? Call us at 855-978-9663.

Do you bill monthly?
Yes. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month prior to service.
-
One-time or initial cleanups are billed the same day service is provided.
-
If you are on a bi-weekly or monthly plan, you'll be billed for the next month on your first cleanup date.
For recurring plans:
On your first cleanup, we will charge for the initial cleanup and prorate the remainder of the month. After that, you’ll be on a regular 1st-of-the-month billing schedule.
Late Payment Note:
If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule until resolved. Monthly service charges are non-refundable. You are welcome to continue service for the rest of the paid month if you choose to cancel.

What time will you be at my home?
We cannot provide exact arrival times due to route optimization. Routes typically run from 8 AM to dusk.
You will receive a text notification about 60 minutes prior to arrival. If you're first on the route, we may send your notice 15–30 minutes before arrival to avoid disturbing you too early. Your scoop day will remain the same weekly. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Do I have to be home when you clean?
No. You do not need to be home. We just ask for unlocked gate access. We’re happy to clean with your dogs in the yard if they are friendly.
If we haven't met your dogs before and you are home, let our tech know you’ll be letting them out. We’ll also send a photo of your closed gate to your email for peace of mind.

What if my cleanup falls on a holiday?
If your scoop day lands on a major holiday, we will skip that week and perform double duty the following week. The service fee remains the same to cover two weeks' worth of accumulation.

Do you disinfect your equipment?
Yes! We sanitize all equipment between visits using organic, kennel-grade disinfectant.

Do You Take The Waste Away?
On Most occasions we will take the poop away, but due to volume and environmental guidelines, we may not haul away dog waste. We will:
-
Place it in your outdoor trash can, if accessible.
-
Or double/triple bag it and leave it neatly by your gate.
